Mr. Krupesh N. Patel (Chairman)

A visionary, Mr. Krupesh Patel has been the driver of growth for the group since past two decades. His in-depth understanding of the real estate business, ability to adapt to changed business environment and an able support from the younger management team members has created a winning combination. No wonder, on the horizon are numerous mega-projects from Neptune.

Mr. Pratik Pathak (Director Operations)

A civil engineer by qualification, Mr. Pratik Pathak possesses a rich operations experience of over 2 decades. His ability to manage multi-site operations, a keen eye for detail, and development of a strong engineering & civil team has lead the group creating projects that have a stamp of quality all across the region.

Mr. Amish Patel (Director Marketing)

The youngest member of the core management team, Mr. Amish Patel is a management graduate by qualification. He handles marketing activities for some of the large projects of the group.

Mr. Niral Patel (Director Finance)

Part of the young blood of the group, Mr. Niral Patel possesses an MBA in Finance & International Business from the US. He has been involved in the recent retail & residential initiatives of the group.

Matai Associates

The lead architect for the group, Mr. Vijay U. Matai has been a practicing architect since over 3 decades. An architecture graduate from MS University, Vadodara, he holds an advanced diploma from London. Mr. Matai was the head of the department at his alma-mater and holds many Indian & International memberships & affiliations.

Uneven

A rush of vibrant youth, this team of architects possesses just a handful of years experience. Their project portfolio includes a stint at designing sets for Ramgopal Verma Films, Luxury Residential Bungalow Projects, and many a commercial projects. The principal architects are Mr. Shorya Patel and Mr. Dexter Fernandez.

Vision Group & Imbue

Both these firms are headed by Mr. Vishal Bhavsar, a Civil engineer & a management graduate from London. He possesses over 5 years of experience in designing & marketing activities focused towards the Retail Segment in India. Apart from his present design & architectural consultancy for Malls, he also holds experience of working with Marks & Spencer, London and Cushman & Wakefield, Bangalore.
